First things first, we just want to say a huge thank you for your support this whole year– we couldn't do any of this without our salad-loving, fork-yielding, high-vibing community. You folks are the real deal.

NOW. Let's not waste too much time here. The festive seasoning is hurtling towards us. Santa has upgraded from sleigh to some kind of new-age electric car and we are running to keep up.

Work parties. Christmas Lunch. Lawn bowls. Beach barbeques. New Years' Eve. Recovery from New Years. A few self-care days (hopefully).

We have crafted the ✨ PERFECT ✨ Summer menu full of fresh, nutritious, satiating and delicious meals, sides and sweets to be by your side. We have also made sure that all our Vegan friends feel cared for with plenty of options. You asked, we delivered!

SMOKEY TOFU Salad

Holy smokes! First up to the plate sets a very high bar for the rest to follow.

Our Smokey Tofu salad is filling to keep you on the go all day.

Gotta go from errands, to work, to drinks, to dinner? Woah-woah-woah– slow down you speedy social butterfly.

Come grab our smokey tofu, soba noodles, bok choy, red + green cabbage, edamame beans, cucumber ribbons, capsicum, snow peas, freshly picked coriander + mint and served with a soy + lime dressing and a sesame crunch.

CRUNCHY CARROT Salad

Nom, nom, nom. Rinse + repeat. That was the brief for our Crunchy Carrot salad.

We wanted you to be munching, crunching, and using all the power of those pearly whites to break down the goodness of what's in this bowl.

Created with grated carrot tossed in spices, kale, cucumber, chickpeas, roasted eggplant, and spring onion.

Topped with marinated sultanas, freshly picked coriander and served with an orange and ginger dressing and a curried almond crunch.

Another top-tier #Vegan dream.

GO-TO GREEK Salad

A new take on a classic fave.

Our Summer Greek Salad is Vego and gluten-free and certainly not here to play around. Nope, it's arrived only with the intention to nourish and refresh.

This beauty of a dish takes it very seriously.

Tossed zoodles, coodles (new word for your vocab), capsicum, fresh spinach, tri-coloured quinoa, marinated cherry toms, golden beets, pickled cucumber, feta.

Paired with freshly picked parsley and served with a tzatziki dressing and a dried caper crunch.

Time to dig in.

TOMATO MEDLEY Salad

You know when it's boiling and you want some hearty food but the thought of cooking over the stove sends shivers (but, like hot) down your spine?

Well, we have the antidote. Seasonal, fresh mixed ripe tomatoes. There is nothing more satisfying than a fresh tomato. If you can find it, let us know.

Magical forces combine in our tomato medley with rocket, charred corn, butter beans, sliced green beans, and freshly picked mint served with pesto aioli and herbed croutons.

Oh, did we mention she's Vegan and Nut Free?

Don't stress, we haven't ditched your faves from the menu. Avo on Toast, Bircher Muesli, Chickpea Falafel + Sweet Potato, and all wraps + toasties have stayed firmly put.

We’ve made platters, perfectly portioned for 6 or 12 humans. We’ve even got a selection of wraps, salads, and morning tea treats.

Give us at least 72 hours' notice, and our official cut-off date is DECEMBER 20TH.
