How do I redeem my N+F points?

Once you earn enough N+F points you are able to use them towards your orders.

App Order: At the checkout one of the payment options is to utilise your N+F points. You must indicate how many of your N+F points you would like to use. It will then discount the N+F points off your total cost.

Drive Thru: Our lovely staff will either indicate you have N+F points to spend or you can let them know you’d like to use them when you come to your payment at the drive-thru.

Is there a limit on how many N+F points I can earn?

Not at all! You can hoard all your points and spend big whenever your heart desires.

What if I scan or order online and my N+F points don’t go through?

Can I set a pick up time?

You sure can! At the checkout there is a pick up option where you can indicate exactly the time you would like to receive all your healthy goodies!

Do I have to pick up my app order through the Drive-thru?

You can collect from the drive-thru, or are more than welcome to pick up your order from the walk-in if you would prefer. The choice is yours!

How do I change what store I want to pick up my items from?

At the check out there’s an option to set your pick up location. Make sure to change it to whichever store you wish, before confirming your order.

What if I want to change something within my order?

At the checkout there’s a notes section where you can communicate to our N+F team any requirements or changes necessary to your order.
