Food tastes better when it’s in season. This Autumn we’re welcoming a new menu bursting with seasonal flavours, plus the return of some classic favourites which will be on a six-weekly rotation.

You asked, we listened! We know you like to mix things up and customise your bowls, so our menu now features five salad bowls which can be used as a base to build your own bowl. Each bowl is gluten free and vegetarian or vegan.

1. Choose your base.

Select from 1 of 5 new colourful salads:

- Pumpkin + Halloumi

- The Waldorf

- Daily Greens

- Vietnamese Noodle Bowl

- Roasted Vegetables

2. Pick a filling protein.

Take your pick from WA free-range chicken, Blackwood Valley free-range beef, house-made chickpea falafel, or marinated tempeh.

3. Balance your salad with a nutritious topping.

For healthy fats, add avocado, grilled halloumi, or crumbled feta and supercharge your energy levels with some low GI carbs, including our three-grain mix or delicious Mala Dumplings.

4. Drizzle a little dressing.

All our salads come with dressing on the side, so you can season your salad as much or as little as you wish.  We make our dressings in house, so you don’t have to worry about hidden nasties or additives.
