Spring is the air, which means the arrival of our new seasonal menu! Featuring fresh local produce like Southern Forests honey, Gascoyne zucchini and Manjimup walnuts, we’ve once again worked with talented local chef George Cooper to source the best in-season produce WA has to offer.

Our favourite new dishes include our Roasted and Pickled Cauliflower Salad, made with roasted kohlrabi, sultanas, mint, buckwheat, and served with a side of a delicious Southern Forests honey dressing. A popular dish with our regular Nourish and Feeders is our Halloumi and Pumpkin salad served with green lentils, fava beans, rocket, apple, and a buttermilk dressing.

For something more substantial, we’ve brought back our famous Vegan Lasagne, made with in-season, local veggies and served with a cashew nut cream.

All our plant-based salads are gluten free and vegetarian or vegan. As always, we offer the option to add extra protein to our plant based salads, including locally-sourced free range chicken, organic tofu, chickpea falafel, slow cooked free range egg, Blackwood Valley free range beef and avocado.

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the freshest, healthiest and most nutritious meals possible, which is why our new spring dishes are packed full of fresh vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats, and wholegrain carbohydrates. Plus, they are full of flavour!
